LEBANON, Tenn.--Cumberland Football is back on the road tomorrow to take on long time conference rival the University of the Cumberlands.

The Phoenix and the Patriots will meet for the 28th time in history. It has been a very competitive series with the last 10 years being dead split at 5-5. The Cumberlands leads the series 15-12 overall.

The Phoenix come in with a 5-2 record after a tough 14-9 loss to No. 16 Georgetown. The Phoenix however did get some recognition being boosted into the Top 25 Poll landing at No. 25. The Patriots also stand at 5-2 and are in second in the conference standings with a 2-1 league record. The Patriots have been good at home this season holding a 3-0 record.
