The LEARFIELD Directors’ Cup is a prestigious award program that ranks collegiate athletic programs based on their overall success in national competition. Created by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today, the Directors’ Cup recognizes institutions that excel across a broad range of men’s and women’s sports. Points are awarded based on each institution’s finish in NAIA national championship events, with the final standings reflecting the overall strength and depth of an athletic department.
