Brittany McWilliams

Brittany McWilliams begins her fifth year as the Administrative Assistant for the Cumberland University Athletic Department in 2025-26.

Brittany worked for a dot-com company after college as a content designer and when that industry collapsed, she pursued a career in meeting and event planning. She worked at a Hilton hotel in San Diego and then at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville after moving to Tennessee with her husband in 2001. In 2005, she decided to become a stay-at-home mom and did various work from home jobs including medical transcription and direct sales with Thirty-One Gifts. She went back to work as a preschool teacher for 9 years and taught one and two-year-olds until coming to Cumberland.

Brittany joined Cumberland in the Winter of 2021 as the Postmaster. She resides in Mt. Juliet with her husband and two children, Ryan and Morgan. Brittany loves spending time with her friends and family, watching her children in their activities (Pikeville bowling team and competition dance), camping, traveling, watching movies.

Brittany McWilliams graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design in 1998 and a certificate in Meeting and Event Planning in 2001 from San Diego State University in San Diego, California.
