Cumberland Esports Rocket League Team Advances to Mid-South Conference Championship

LEBANON, Tenn.--Cumberland University's Rocket League team is heading to the Mid-South Conference Championship after an undefeated conference season.

The team—composed of Daniel Rees, Henri Krueger, Benjamin Eleby, and Hamp Lackey—finished 4-0 in conference play, securing the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye. The Phoenix will face the winner of Bethel University and the University of the Cumberlands in the championship matchup.

Cumberland is currently ranked No. 7 in the latest College Rocket League Power Rankings.

The Mid-South Conference Championship is set for Tuesday, March 11, at 8:00 p.m. CST.
