All-Conference outfielder Natalie Garcia begins her first season as a student assistant Cumberland after finishing her career in 2013.
The Bellflower, Calif., native earned Second Team All-Mid-South Conference honors after the 2013 campaign, batting .318 while starting 55 games, almost all in centerfield. She posted 17 doubles with five home runs and 29 RBIs and led the club with 46 runs scored and 20 stolen bases as well. She ranked 22nd nationally in doubles and 45th in stolen bases.
She is currently majoring in Crimincal Justice at Cumberland and expects to graduate in May.
