Football Places 42 on Mid-South Conference Football Academic All-Conference Team

LEBANON, Tenn.--Cumberland University Football continued its strong commitment to excellence in the classroom as 42 Phoenix student-athletes earned Mid-South Conference Football Academic All-Conference honors, the league office announced Tuesday.

To qualify for the award, student-athletes must hold a minimum 3.25 GPA on a 4.0 scale and be in at least their third term or fourth quarter of enrollment.

Cumberland's 42 honorees ranked second-most in the conference, trailing only Georgetown's 47 and finishing ahead of Lindsey Wilson's 36.
