Against the University of the Cumberlands, the Phoenix conceded in the first half before Wesley Mendoza found the equalizer shortly after halftime. Luis Cerejo provided the assist, and Gelabert made five saves to help Cumberland earn the draw.

Cumberland's offense has continued to produce throughout the season, totaling 39 goals and 33 assists through 13 matches. David Barbakadze leads the Phoenix with 10 goals and three assists, while Cerejo has contributed eight goals and seven assists to pace the attack. Mendoza has added another scoring threat with six goals and three assists.
