Twenty Phoenix Earn Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference Honors

LEBANON, Tenn.--Twenty Cumberland University volleyball student-athletes were recognized among the 107 total honorees named to the 2025 Mid-South Conference Women's Volleyball Academic All-Conference Team, announced by league officials Monday.

To be nominated, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.25 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and be in at least their third term or fourth quarter of attendance.

Cumberlands (Ky.) led all schools with 22 selections, while Cumberland followed closely with 20 honorees, the second-most in the conference.

Representing the Phoenix on the Academic All-Conference Team are: Sydney Andrews, Lila Cade, Emma Carter, Paulina Dziedzic, Abigail Foster, Kaleigh Glass, Manoella Gomes, Brook Jablonski, Ella Johnson, Hailey Jones, Hazel Konkel, Grace Lamb, Peyton Martin, Ryann Moore, Alei Roper, Morgan Snead, Sydnee Tidwell, Naomi Wiersma, Jessica Young, and Layla Young.
