Chiarillo Leads Women's Bowling with 14th Place Finish at USBC ITC Singles Sectionals

FORT WORTH, Texas–Jennifer Chiarillo posted a 14th place finish Friday evening at the USBC ITC Singles Sectionals in Fort Worth.

The Mid-South Conference Freshman of the Year led the way for the Phoenix as Chiarillo took 14th place overall. Chiarillo posted a total of 1,245 pins. Her best game came in game two when she rolled a 257. She averaged a 207.5 for the tournament. 

Gracie Connelly finished 40th with a total score of 1,161 pins, delivering her best performance in game five with a 210. Serenity Freeman placed 81st with 1,100 pins. Freeman's best game came in game five when she bowled a 215. 

Kathleen Schraer finished in 90th place with 1,087 pins, including a 200 in game one. Rounding out the team was Alyssa Campbell, who finished 115th with a total of 1,039 pins. Her highest score came in game one with a 192. 

The Phoenix will be in action tomorrow and Sunday at the Sectionals as the team will be looking to qualify for the Intercollegiate Championships.
