CONWAY, Ark.--Cumberland wrestling saw six Phoenix earn top-four finishes at the CBC Mustang Invite on Saturday, highlighted by runner-up efforts from Jared Dinh at 141 and Rocco Horvath at 184, while Ellis Otting, Bentley Ellison, Antonio Parker, Tyler Rowland, and Thomas Karlo each place at the event.

Jared Dinh put together a strong run to the finals at 141 pounds, opening the day with a bye before grinding out a 13-7 decision over Luke Adams of Ozarks in the quarterfinals. He followed with a dominant 10-0 major decision against Tyler Misenheimer (Northeast Oklahoma), advancing to his first championship match of the season. Dinh was forced to withdraw due to a medical forfeit in the finals, earning a second-place finish.

Rocco Horvath also finished with a second place effort at 184. Horvath pinned Central Baptist's Jordan Allen-Smith in just 1:03 and then rolled to a 15-4 major decision over Creyo Koop of NEO to reach the championship bout. Life's Tre Morrisette, ranked fifth in the weight class,  claimed the title by tech fall, but Horvath finished the day 2-1 with another podium performance.

Bentley Ellison was sharp at 133 pounds, placing third after a 4-1 day. Ellison opened with a 17-1 tech fall over Ozarks' Brett Johnson, then fought NEO's Logan Crawford in a tough quarterfinal loss. He tore through the consolation side with two falls and a decision over Lindsey Wilson's Alex Tabor before finishing with a 7-3 victory over Carter Taylor (Ozarks) to secure third.

Tyler Rowland turned in another gritty performance at 197 pounds. Rowland began with a fall over Ozarks' Jadaan Anderson (3:32), fell in the semifinals to Life's Efren Arizmendez, and then cruised through consolations, first with a 17-2 tech fall over Micah Oltmanns (Williams Baptist) and then a 15-3 major decision in a rematch with Anderson to finish third overall.

The Phoenix produced two placers at 157 pounds as Ellis Otting (3rd) and Antonio Parker (4th) both battled deep into the bracket.

Otting opened with back-to-back tech falls 19-4 over Landon Rofkahr (Ozarks) and 18-2 against Mason Nguyen (CBC) before narrowly dropping a 5-4 semifinal decision to Kadence Roop of NEO. He rebounded with a 17-0 tech fall in the consi-semis and edged teammate Parker 9-8 in the third-place match.

Parker wrestled one of the busiest slates of the tournament after dropping his opener 4-1 to Life's Fabian Padilla. He stormed through the consolation bracket with three dominant wins, two tech falls (17-1, 18-1) and a fall at 3:00, before matching up with Otting in the medal match.

Thomas Karlo battled his way to a fourth-place finish at 174 pounds, responding well after an opening-round setback. Following a major decision loss in the quarterfinals, Karlo regrouped in the consolation bracket with a bye before grinding out a 6-4 decision over Oklahoma Wesleyan's Braxton Bacon to advance to the medal round. In the third-place match he met Ethan Nicholas of NEO for a second time, ultimately falling 8-2 to finish the day 1-2 with a strong effort that secured a top-four placement for the Phoenix.
