LONDON, Ky. - - Cumberland Women's Golf wrapped up play at the Patriot Invite, finishing in third place with a 947 stroke total as a team at Crooked Creek Golf Club. 

The Phoenix were unmoved between the second and third rounds, carding a 318 and 310 on day one, with a 319 to wrap up their tournament.

The University of the Cumberlands remained in first place on day two, totaling a team score of 908. Behind them sat Lindsey Wilson who led the Phoenix by 19 strokes, carding a 928. Oakland City and Georgetown rounded out the top five with respective scores of 1005 and 10029.

Cumberland's highest placer in the tournament was Lucy Labdon, who shot her lowest round of the tournament in round three. The junior shot a 75 and 80 on day one, but wrapped up her tournament with a 79 to finish tied for sixth place, aided by nine pars and two birdies.

Separated by just three strokes in the tournament, Matilda Lind shot a 237, including a third round tie with Labdon, carding a 79. The Swede's scorecard looked very similar to Labdon's in fact, as both players recorded nine pars and two birdies in the third, seeing Lind finish in ninth place.

Continuing that trend of following down the line, both Crystal Zamzow and Alba McCorquodale were consecutively one stroke off each other. The Canadian was a par machine in round three, tying her tournament-high with a 78 in the final round, landing herself in tenth place

McCorquodale had her slowest round of the tournament but was pushed forward by her first two rounds. The freshman recorded a 239 total, shooting rounds of 81, 75, and 83. Franziska Mramor rounded out the lineup for the Phoenix with her second best round of the tournament coming on day two, recording a 254 for 20th place overall finish.

The Phoenix will have a couple of weeks off before coming back to Nashville for their home tournament, welcoming in a number of teams for the Music City Classic on April 13th and 14th.
