LEBANON, Tenn.--Cumberland women's bowling had five student-athletes earn Mid-South Conference All-Conference recognition, highlighted by Jennifer Chiarillo being named the MSC Freshman of the Year, the first in program history.

Chiarillo and Serenity Freeman were named First Team All-Conference, while Kathleen Schraer, Gracie Connelly, and Alyssa Campbell earned Second Team honors.

Chiarillo made an immediate impact in her freshman campaign, leading the Phoenix with a 206.58 average across 2,479 total pins in 12 games. Her stellar season not only secured her a First Team selection but also cemented her place in program history as the program's first-ever MSC Freshman of the Year.

Freeman was also a dominant force throughout the season, knocking down 3,235 total pins with a 202.19 average in 16 games to earn First Team honors.

On the Second Team, Connelly posted a 194.00 average with 2,910 total pins in 15 games, while Schraer recorded a 190.15 average and 2,472 total pins in 13 games. Campbell rounded out Cumberland's honorees with an 188.47 average and 2,827 total pins in 15 games.

Pikeville's (Ky.) Brianna Rogers was named the MSC Women's Bowler of the Year for the second year in a row.

Carlie Semrau was named as Cumberland's representative for the Mid-South Conference Women's Bowling Champions of Character team. 

The Phoenix are in action today and the rest of the weekend in Bowling Green at the 2024-25 Mid-South Conference Championships.
