Over his college basketball career, Charles L. Fishback averaged 17.4 points per game and, along the way, was named to the Clemson and Evansville all-tourney teams. He also was a member of the OVC all-tourney team in 1975. After completing his eligibility, he served one season as a Govs assistant at Austin Peay.

For the past 13 1/2 years, Fishback has worked as supervisor of 80 individuals for the Kentucky Probation Parole Department of Corrections. He also has served as minister at Mount Union Baptist Missionary Church in Bowling Green, Ky., for the past 13 years.

He and his wife, Linda, have been married for over 28 years. Both his daughter, Streleisia, and son, Daymeon, shared his love for basketball. She was an outstanding high school player who earned an academic scholarship to Western Kentucky while Daymeon was a former Mr. Kentucky Basketball who starred at Auburn.
